Ashley L. Oliker is an experienced and well-respected attorney who understands the law as it relates to your business and legacy planning needs and understands first-hand what it means to be a business owner. 

Before founding her own company and law firm, Ashley spent several years as a partner in a prominent mid-west law firm in the business litigation and appellate group. In that role, she counseled business clients of all sizes on various business and litigation-related matters, including risk mitigation, early dispute resolution, business disputes, and litigation and appellate work. But having felt the pull towards entrepreneurship, Ashley pivoted from her role to launch her own company and later this firm, Oliker Law, LLC—focused on delivering exceptional legal services to entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized business owners, and families in their business and legacy planning needs. Armed with the legal expertise, credibility, and true understanding of what it means to run a business, Ashley is passionate about serving as a trusted legal advisor in helping her clients achieve their business and legacy planning objectives.

Ashley has also served in various leadership roles, including having been selected to the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association. Ashley has also served as the President of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County and Executive Board Member and Officer of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association. Ashley was further elected to the Columbus Bar Association Board of Governors and selected to serve as a Fellow for the Ohio State Bar Foundation, in addition to a variety of other leadership roles within her various organizations. 

Ashley has also received many awards for her legal practice and community involvement, including having been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018-2023, being recognized by Columbus Business First as a “Person to Know” in the law, and having been awarded the Ohio State Bar Foundation 40 under 40 award for her recognized community service. She is also a published legal writer and frequent speaker on legal trends in Ohio and the national stage. 

Ashley graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2009, and magna cum laude with her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from The University of Toledo in 2006. She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2009, and is further admitted to practice in front of each of the Federal Courts in Ohio.
